Article III. General Provisions: Part III. Vegetation Conservation and Replacement

Section 17E.060.240 Shoreline Vegetation Inventory

  1. Purpose.
    To achieve no net loss of shoreline vegetation, applicants will be required to identify existing vegetation on the project site to determine the type and amount of vegetation that may be impacted by the proposed development.
     
  2. A shoreline/critical areas checklist shall be required at the time of land use application for all regulated activities proposed within the shoreline jurisdiction.
     
  3. The shoreline/critical areas checklist shall include a vegetation inventory including the location, type, size, and condition of existing vegetation on the proposed project site.
