Section 17E.060.740 Structure Height and Bulk
  1. Purpose.

Height limits help to control the overall scale and bulk of structures and buildings and are tailored to the intensity desired within the shoreline districts.

  1. Structure Height and Bulk Standards.
    1. The height standards for all structures within the shoreline jurisdiction are the most restrictive standards found in either the underlying zoning category or the standards found in Table 17E.060.770-1.
    1. There shall be no exceptions to the maximum height and bulk standards allowed in the shoreline jurisdiction.
    1. Height increases shall not be allowed within the shoreline jurisdiction through any other City regulation that may allow for an increase to the allowed structure height.
