Chapter 17F.020 Alternative Methods and Materials for Mixed-use Residential Buildings
Section 17F.020.030 Occupancy
The occupancy of the top stories of buildings above the Type 1 construction shall be limited to Group R-1 or R-2 residential occupancies. Occupancies located on other stories constructed to Type 1 standards shall be limited to:
- Group A-2 or Group B drinking and/or dining establishments and assembly areas for the common use of residents;
- Group B offices;
- Group M retail stories;
- Group E day care occupancies;
- Group S2 parking occupancies.
