Section 17F.040.080 Parking Lot and Site Work Permit
A permit for site work, such as landscaping, paving, or drainage, is required when the work being done is to meet the requirements of an "L" zone, a neighborhood design area, a special permit, an "L" agreement, a PUD, or a plat requirement. A permit is required for the creation of any parking lot, public or private, regardless or whether a fee is charged.
