Section 17F.080.130 Assembly Occupancies
Whenever the fire official determines that an assembly occupancy without an alarm or fire sprinkler system would constitute an unreasonable risk to life because of building design, fire load, accessibility for fire fighting and rescue, location, mixed occupancy, occupant load, exit arrangement, panic potential or other considerations, the fire official may prescribe necessary fire safety measures, including an appropriate fire alarm or fire sprinkler system.
