Section 17F.100.070 Plumbing Inspector
  1. The plumbing inspector is the building official or a designated employee.
  1. The plumbing inspector has responsibility to:
    1. process applications for permits;
    1. inspect fixtures, appliances and installations;
    1. make and promulgate rules, regulations and interpretations of the plumbing code;
    1. initiate proceedings, including prosecutions, to enforce the plumbing code;
    1. maintain records of permits, inspections and other administrative activities.
