Chapter 17G.050 Hearing Examiner
Article II. Procedures
Section 17G.050.200 The Decision
- The decision of the hearing examiner must include the content specified in SMC 17G.061.320.
- The hearing examiner issues a written decision within ten days of the date of closing of the hearing, unless the applicant agrees in writing to a longer time.
- A copy of the decision is mailed or otherwise made available pursuant to SMC 17G.061.320.
