Section 12.08.010 Streets Closed to Trucks
  1. Hereafter the following streets and avenues in the city shall be permanently closed to all truck travel except for the purpose of making deliveries or providing service to points upon such streets or avenues:
  1. Buckeye Avenue from Rebecca Street to Havana Street.
  1. Cannon Street from Fourth Avenue to Riverside Avenue.
  1. Carlisle Avenue from Ralph Street to Havana Street.
  1. Chestnut Street from Fifth Avenue to First Avenue.
  1. Cleveland Avenue from Greene Street to Havana Street.
  1. Coeur d’Alene Street from Sixth Avenue to Pacific Avenue.
  1. Cuba Street from Upriver Drive to Frederick Avenue.
  1. Elm Street from Third Avenue to Riverside Avenue.
  1. Ermina Avenue from Sycamore Street to Havana Street.
  1. Fairview Avenue from Greene Street to Havana Avenue.
  1. Ferrall Street from Montgomery Avenue to Euclid Avenue.
  1. Fifth Avenue from Chestnut Street to Coeur d’Alene Street.
  1. First Avenue from Maple to Poplar Street.

  1. Upriver Drive from Ralph Street to Havana Street, and from the City limits at Buckeye Avenue to the east City limits.
  1. West Nebraska Avenue from North Ash Street to North Division Street.
  1. Any person, firm, or corporation operating a truck upon the streets or avenues enumerated in subsection (A) of this section, except for the purpose of making deliveries or providing service to points upon such streets or avenues, shall be guilty of a traffic infraction.
