Section 16A.60.090 Sound-Producing Devices

  1. All vessels, including personal watercraft, less than sixty-five feet in length shall carry on board a mouth, hand, or power-operated whistle or horn.

  2. All vessels more than sixty-five feet in length shall carry on board a mouth, hand, or power operated whistle or horn and a bell.

  3. No vessels may use a siren except vessels operated by law enforcement.
