Chapter 08.21 Affordable Housing Permit Fee Deferrals Program

Section 08.21.080 Program Administration

 

  1. The Development Services Center may, through administrative policies and procedures, place a limit on the total number and amount of fee deferrals to be outstanding at any one time.
  1. An administrative fee may be applied and added to the repayment of the deferred fees.
  1. Any administrative fee shall be due at the time of repayment by the owner or developer.
  1. Administrative fees shall be used to support the administration of the program.
  1. The Development Services Center may establish project evaluation criteria, policies, and procedures consistent with this chapter and any provisions for public rules in the Spokane Municipal Code.
