Chapter 10.26 Building Moving and Relocation

Section 10.26.020 Condition of Building

  1. The building official inspects the building to determine whether it complies with the current building code.

  2. If the building does not meet current code, the building official either denies the relocation permit application or conditions the permit on rehabilitation, repair or alteration.

All work of rehabilitation, repair or alteration required by a relocation permit is subject to the normal permit requirements of Title 17 SMC
