Section 10.52.030 Violation

  1. This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 4.04 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane hearing examiner.

  2. Short-term rental owners and operators must comply with all state and local laws.

  3. A violation of this chapter is a class 2 civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a separate violation.
