Section 10.56.070 Penalties

  1. Any violation of this chapter is a class 1 civil infraction.

  2. Each broadcast or download of footage that includes persons who have not executed a valid consent is a separate violation subject to a separate penalty.

  3. Nothing in this law pre-empts or otherwise waives any additional claims for damage for invasion of privacy or other violations of civil or statutory law.
