Section 10.56.080 Civil Liability

  1. Nothing in this chapter shall create or be construed to create a cause of action against the City of Spokane for a violation of this chapter.

  2. Nothing in this chapter shall limit the right of any person to pursue any remedy under state law, including without limitation those remedies prescribed in RCW 63.60.060.
