Chapter 08.07D Pavement to People Sales and Use Tax Deferral Program

Section 08.07D.060 Application Fee

 

  1. The City may establish an application fee. This fee shall not exceed an amount determined to be required to cover the cost to be incurred by the City in administering the program under this chapter, and shall be reviewed and approved by the City Council on an annual basis. The application fee must be paid at the time the application for program approval is filed.
  1. The application fee shall not apply to underdeveloped property subject to the tax imposed in SMC Chapter 08.22.
