Article III. Solicitation Activ ities
Section 12.03.0434 Limit on Numbers
No more than fiv e persons may conduct permitted activ ities at any one time on the sidewalk and no more than two persons may conduct permitted activ ities at any one time within the designated area in the rotunda of the terminal building.
If more than one person, group of persons, organization, association, or business entity applies for a permit for a giv en time and location, the airport’s director shall allocate the number of persons permitted to conduct activ ities proportionally among the applicants so that the total number of permittees shall not exceed seven.
If an exact apportionment cannot be made, the airport’s director shall giv e preference to the applicant or applicants who have had the least opportunity during the preceding thirty calendar days to conduct permitted activ ities.
If there are more than seven applicants for a permit at a giv en time, the airport’s director shall giv e preference to the applicant or applicants who have had the least opportunity to conduct permitted activ ity during the preceding thirty calendar days.
If there are more than seven applicants for a permit at a giv en time, and no basis exists for granting preference among them according to prior opportunity to conduct permitted activ ities, the applicants shall be giv en preference in the order in which their applications were filed.
The provisions of this section shall likewise apply to the determination of the location of permitted activ ities if any conflict exists between the locations sought by applicants.
