Chapter 17C.111 Residential Zone s
Section 17C.111.115 Housing Types Allowed
Purpose.
Housing types allowed in each zone are consistent with the intended intensity and scale of the zone , as described in section 17C.111.030. The standards allow options to increase housing variety and opportunities, and to promote affordable and ene rgy-efficient housing. Other housing types, including large multifamily buildings, are allowed in the higher intensity zone s under the RMF and RHD categories.
The kinds of housing types allowed in the residential zone s are stated in Table 17C.111.115-1.
