Section 08.21.050 Permit Fees Eligible for Deferral

 

  1. Building and construction permit fees eligible for deferral under the Affordable Housing Permit Fee Deferrals Program are:

  1. No other permit fees shall be deferred under the Affordable Housing Permit Fee Deferrals Program unless approved by the Director of Community and Economic Development. Deferral of other permit fees shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
  1. A project approved under the Affordable Housing Permit Fee Deferrals Program may defer eligible permit fees up to $150,000.
