Wa ter Rates
These rates apply to residential customers located within a designated and approved Public Development Authority (PDA).
Basic Charge – Residential Customer:
Consumption Charge – Residential Customer.
The following consumption charge rate schedule is adopted to encourage wa ter conservation and promote environmental quality. Within the PDA boundaries, for each one hundred cubic feet, or major fraction (approximately seven hundred fifty gallons) of wa ter used, there will be the following consumption charges:

Commercial Consumption.
The following rate schedule is adopted to encourage wa ter conservation and promote environmental quality. For each one hundred cubic feet, or major fraction (approximately seven hundred fifty gallons) of wa ter used, there will be the following monthly consumption charges:

Capital Charge. In addition to the basic charge and consumption charge, there shall be charged a capital charge for all accounts as established and provided for in SMC 13.035.500.
