Chapter 10.66 Junk Vehicle Abatement

Section 10.66.020 Abatement and Removal of Junk Vehicles from Private Property
  1. Except as provided in subsection III of this section, all junk vehicles placed or situated upon private property within the city limits of Spokane are public nuisances to be abated as provided in this chapter.
  1. This section shall apply even in cases where permission has been given for the vehicle to be left on the property.
