Chapter 01.01 Adoption of Code

Section 01.01.030 Citation of Code

1. The provisions herein adopted constitute the Spokane Municipal Code and any reference to the code, a title, chapter, division, article, section, or other subdivision, as such, is a sufficient citation for all purposes.
    
2. The Spokane Municipal Code may be abbreviated and cited as “SMC.”
    
3. Unless qualified by reference to a point in time or to a particular ordinance, any reference to this code includes the provision referenced and all amendments and additions thereto.
