Section 01.03.010 Adoption of Seal
The corporate seal is two inches in diameter, depicting in the center the skyline of the City in relief against the backdrop of Mount Spokane with the Spokane River in the foreground, bearing on the upper border the words “City of Spokane,” and bearing on the lower border the word “Washington.”
