Section 01.04A.070 Where to Seek Judicial Review
A person who receives a penalty for noncompliance from the Ethics Commission or an adverse decision from the city council upon review pursuant to SMC 1.04.060 may appeal the decisions by seeking a writ from the Spokane County superior court pursuant to chapter 7.16 RCW, or other appropriate legal action.
