Section 01.04B.230 Record of Proceedings Transmitted to Hearing Examiner
- The City Clerk shall provide the Hearing Examiner with the Record of Proceedings. This shall include a complete copy of the record, a copy of the complaint, the investigative report and related records of the independent investigator, recorded proceedings and all documents and exhibits offered into evidence at the Ethics Commission hearing within ten business days of receiving a copy of the written notice of appeal.
