Section 02.03.010 Lobbying by Officers and Employees
The mayor, members of the city council, and all employees under the direction of the mayor or a member of the city council are authorized to attempt to influence the passage or defeat of any legislation by the legislature of the State of Washington, the adoption or rejection of any rule, standard, rate or other legislative enactment of any state agency under the State Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 34.04 RCW or the enactment or approval of any legislation, rules, regulations or other enactments established by the federal government, including Congress or any federal agencies.
