Chapter 02.04 Civil Emergencies
Section 02.04.050 Alternates to Mayor
In the absence or disability of the mayor, the powers herein granted to the mayor shall be exercised by the council president acting as the mayor pro tem and the duties set forth in this chapter shall pass to the mayor pro tem pursuant to the City Charter.
