- The Fleet Services Department is responsible for the management of all vehicles and equipment in the City’s fleet, including fuel management, installing and maintaining vehicular communication equipment and systems, emergency and preventative maintenance, assisting with the development of specifications for and administering the acquisition of motor vehicles and other rolling equipment, scheduling and performing equipment maintenance and repairs, and maintaining replacement schedules, rental rates and equipment history, and coordinates joint activities with other governmental entities.
