Section 03.01A.370 Spokane Police Department

 

1. The Spokane Police Department provides evidence-based, constitutional, and community-centered policing as the primary law enforcement agency of the city of Spokane.

2. The Spokane Police Department is a division department that includes the following administrative departments within the division:

1. 1. Administration and Investigation; and

1. 2. Patrol

3. The Chief of Police serves as the Division Director.
