Article I. Sick Leave
Section 03.04.010 Sick Leave Accrual
- Permanent, full-time employees accrue cumulative sick leave with pay at the rate established by collective bargaining agreement.
- Permanent, part-time employees accrue sick leave pro rata based on actual hours paid.
- Other employees subject to the provisions of collective bargaining agreements accrue sick leave as provided in the current applicable agreement.
