Section 03.07.315 Non-represented Classified Employee Pay and Benefit Adjustments
- This section shall apply to employees who are excluded from membership in the Managerial and Professional Association or AFSCME Local 270, but not including employees in the exempt-confidential pay plan.
- Each non-represented classified employee shall receive wage adjustments, overtime and compensatory time identical to those received by either the Managerial and Professional Association managerial-B bargaining unit, or the AFSCME Local 270 bargaining unit, depending upon which bargaining unit represents the job classification most similar to the one held by the non-represented classified employee. Additional benefits, such as medical, dental, deferred compensation, and leave accruals and payouts, will also be in accordance with the Managerial and Professional Association managerial-B bargaining unit, or the AFSCME Local 270 bargaining unit, depending upon which bargaining unit represents the job classification most similar to the one held by the non-represented classified employee.
