Section 04.06.035 Initial Appointments
- The board of county commissioners shall appoint their initial members for the following terms:

- Design professional: Three years.

- First industry representative: Two years.

- Second industry representative: One year.
- The city council shall appoint their initial members for the following terms:

- First industry representative: Three years.

- Second industry representative: Two years.
