Chapter 04.13 Design Review Board
Section 04.13.030 Appointment and Removal
- Members of the board shall be nominated by the mayor and appointed by the city council. The community assembly may submit recommendations to the mayor for nomination of the designated liaison from the community assembly.
- Members may be removed for cause by the city council based upon a determination of incapacity, incompetence, the presence of irreconcilable conflicts of interest, neglect of duty, or malfeasance, and upon the affirmative vote of five (5) Council members. No board member shall be removed without written notice of the intent to remove and an opportunity to provide a written response to the notice.
