Section 04.16.090 Meetings
- The board meets at least once a month at a prescribed day and time as noticed on the Board agenda.
- A quorum is a simple majority of the current board membership.
- All meetings are held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, chapter 42.30 RCW. Minutes of all meetings are kept as public records.
