Article I. General Provisions
Section 04.25.070 Term of Directors
- Except for the initial directors the members of the board of directors serve a term of three years, or until their successor is nominated and confirmed as provided in this chapter, subject to removal and termination as provided in SMC 4.25.240 and SMC 4.25.260. Terms of office are staggered in the manner provided in the charter.
- Directors may be reappointed to serve consecutive terms.
