Chapter 04.25A United Native Americans Public Development Authority
Section 04.25A.020 Authority Created
A public authority, to be known as the “United Native Americans of Spokane Public Development Authority” (“authority”), is hereby created exclusively to undertake, assist with and otherwise facilitate the following activities, all as authorized by RCW 35.21.730 through RCW 35.21.757:

Improve the general living conditions within the City.

Administer and execute federal grants and programs, receive and administer federal funds relating to the Native Americans living in Spokane.

Perform any manner and type of community services relating to the Native Americans living in Spokane; and
-
Provide and implement such municipal services and functions as the Spokane city council may direct relating to the Native Americans living in Spokane.
