Section 04.25A.060 Charter
The charter, attached as Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, is hereby approved. The charter shall be issued in duplicate originals, each bearing the City’s official seal attested by the clerk. One original shall be retained by the clerk and filed as a public record; a duplicate original shall be provided to the authority. The clerk shall give notice of the issuance of the charter to the Secretary of State and furnish a copy thereof and of the ordinance codified in this chapter upon request.
