Chapter 04.28 Urban Forestry Tree Committee
Section 04.28.030 Appointment – Term
- Four members are appointed by the president of the park board. Park board members are appointed annually.
- The other two members serve staggered four-year terms and may be reappointed for one additional term.
- The remaining member is the chair of the citizen advisory committee, who may serve as long as the individual retains the chair position, but not to exceed four years.
- Vacancies are filled by appointment to unexpired terms in the same manner.
