Chapter 04.30 Lodging Tax Advisory Committee
Section 04.30.020 Membership
The committee consists of seven members nominated by the mayor and appointed by the city council. The membership is comprised of:
- three representatives of businesses required to collect the tax;
- three persons involved in activities authorized to be funded by the revenue from the tax; and
- one member of the city council, who shall chair the committee.
