Chapter 06.08 Public Facilities District
Section 06.08.010 Establishment
By Resolution 1989-68, adopted September 11, 1989, and Spokane County Resolution 89-1034, adopted September 12, 1989, there is created the public facilities district for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, owning and operating a sports and entertainment facility, with contiguous parking facilities, as provided in chapter 36.100 RCW.
