Chapter 06.10 Combined Communications Center
Section 06.10.030 Interlocal Agreements
- Pursuant to RCW 39.34.030(2), the City of Spokane shall not terminate or amend any interlocal agreement or joint powers agreement concerning the Combined Communications Center without prior approval by City Council resolution.
- The City shall take no action that may compromise, delay, interrupt, or terminate service for the Combined Communications Center except as provided in the interlocal agreement described in SMC 06.10.010 and any successor agreements or as otherwise provided by this chapter.
