Chapter 07.02 Bonds in Favor of City
Section 07.02.060 Blasting
An applicant for a blaster’s license, as provided in SMC 4.03.100(B), must have a bond in the minimum amount of five thousand dollars conditioned upon the indemnification and payment by the licensee of all claims for injury and damages to persons or property, public or private, resulting from any blasting activity of the licensee.
