Section 07.05.010 Interim Warrant Interest Rates
- Interest rates on interim warrants for local improvement district construction may be set by the mayor.
- The interest rate shall be fixed on a periodical basis by the city manager in order that the rate shall approximate the general average of bond rates for local improvement districts.
