Section 07.05.530 Right of Appeal
- Only a decision of the hearing examiner on an assessment roll may be appealed.
- Only the division of public works and utilities or a party of record may appeal, “party of record” meaning a person who has submitted a written objection to the assessment roll in accordance with the requirements of this article.
