Article I. General Provisions
Section 07.06.010 Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to:
- provide for the fair and equitable treatment of persons who deal with the City procurement system;
- maximize economy in procurement activities; and
- foster effective broad-based competition in the purchase of goods, the acquisition of services and the performance of public works.
