Section 07.06.035 “Committee to Receive Bids” Defined
The committee to receive bids consists of the Director of Purchasing and Contracts and the City Clerk. The committee receives bids and refers them to the department requesting the work, or the purchaser, for evaluation and recommendation to the City Council for acceptance or rejection. In the case of a joint bid with another governmental agency, only one (1) committee member need be present to receive bids.
