Section 07.06.261 Interlocal Purchase Agreements

The City Council hereby directs and authorizes the City Administrator in a representative capacity for the Mayor to execute interlocal purchase agreements with other agencies and entities and to join cooperative purchasing programs without individual approval of each agreement by the City Council.

The Clerk is authorized to attest such signatures.
