Section 07.06.264 Final Acceptance of Public Works Contracts

1. The Mayor is authorized to accept Final Acceptance of Public Works contracts without individual action by the City Council.

2. Final Acceptance of unit-price Public Works contracts does not require a final adjustment change order if the contract cost is up to ten percent (10%) of the original bid cost, including all change orders.
