Section 07.06.270 Purchase Order Contracts
The Director of Purchasing and Contracts is designated to execute Purchase Order (PO) contracts in a representative capacity for the Mayor, except contracts:
- which have been publicly bid; and
- exceeding the then current Minor Contract threshold, in a twelve-month period require prior City Council approval.
