Article III. Contracts and Their Execution
Section 07.06.271 Spokane Employees' Retirement System (SERS) Contracts
- The Director of Retirement is designated to execute in a representative capacity for the Mayor contracts approved by the Spokane Employees Retirement System (SERS) and the Employees’ Retirement Fund.
- The Director of Retirement is authorized to sign contracts authorized by the SERS board, provided that such contracts meet all the requirements of SMC 4.14.070.
- The City Clerk shall attest such contracts.
