Section 07.06.570 Failure to Disclose or False Information
Failure to disclose information requested or the submission of false or misleading information may result in the City taking the following actions:
- Rejection of the bidders’ bid;
- Revocation of the contract award;
- Termination of the contract; or
- Proceeding with debarment.
